PRICE QUOTES & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Price quotes by QSM are valid for two (2) weeks, unless otherwise stated on the price quote. QSM is not responsible for pricing or typographical errors. Orders are not binding upon QSM until accepted by QSM. Re-orders and future new orders are according to the current terms and conditions when that order is accepted and may be accepted by phone, fax or email. QSM reserves the right to refuse any order or re-order for any reason or no reason in its sole discretion.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
QSM and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, QSM does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. QSM encourages its customers to order samples of any product that may be ordered to insure complete satisfaction. QSM reserves the right to change pricing and offer a new estimate for any product, at any time, during the estimating and ordering process.

PRODUCT and PRINTING QUALITY

When you contact customer support, please have your order number available. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. If any problem arises, please contact customer service immediately.

If you are granted a full refund, you must also return your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

SHIPPING COSTS
QSM and its manufacturers use 3rd party shipping carriers and will charge the customer all related shipping and handling fees necessary to fulfill the final product per agreed timeframes. QSM does not provide shipping estimates up front when quoting print projects, unless requested by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for paying for all shipping costs related to orders placed with QSM. QSM will not offer discounts or refunds of shipping charges, so long as the QSM received approval for using a particular shipping method (ground vs overnight vs 3 day) and a shipping destination. The customer must request a shipping estimate up front in order to have recourse to dispute final shipping charges, should those charges exceed the estimate given for shipping.
QSM reserves the right to charge extra for shipping, above and beyond the estimated amount given by a Customer Service Representative, due to daily changes in freight surcharges.

CHECK RETURNS
In all cases where we have a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds we will assess a $50.00 fee.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Customer agrees that it will not hold QSM accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall QSM be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.

SITE PRICING
We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting qbicsounds.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and QSM or its affiliates.
