Alright I’ll give it to the Boise State Broncos. They stood up and played a ranked opponent from a BCS conference to start the season. Anyone who watched the game on ESPN Monday didn’t see a WAC (Western Athletic Conference) team. They saw a team worthy of playing in a BCS game.

Over the past few months, we have been working behind the scenes to iron out all the wrinkles and hick-ups with our businss model and strategy. We are pleased to announce that we have decide to make QbicSounds Multimedia and QbicSounds.com more media and entertainment-driven. We're not completely out of the design business. Our slogan is "where entertainment and design co-exist" after all. We will still provide our design services as they come, but our main focus will be on the process of developing original media content for you enjoyment. And have never been more excited!

Here's what we have In the pipelines:

- Several short films in development produced by MoreMao Productions, including an action film, a drama, and viral comedies.

- New music from hip-hop/experimental artist, On-Q Davis, the rock/ska band, PSA

- New literary works coming from authors Jawaska Napper and Sydni Sugar

- More enhancements to QbicSounds.com experience.

For those of you that either (a) reside beneath a rock and/or (b) genuinely dislike sports, I urge you to ignore this article and perhaps move on to some of the other topics.  Anyone else, forgive me if I beat the proverbial drum and pound my chest with unrivaled conviction but, to me, LeBron James is the biggest joke in the sporting world today (and Tiger Woods breathes a sigh of relief).

Well, as most know M. Night has a very shaky track record when it comes to movies. It seems as if he hasn't had good “movie making sense” since, well, the Sixth Sense.

The Last Airbender 3D was a complete disappointment! Waiting for the bending affects to jump off the screen and provide us with the most exhilarating 3D experience ever, would have killed me had I held my breath waiting. But, there was one jaw-dropping moment at the end—when I realized the movie was over.

Grow Up!!!

Last night I got a chance to see Grown-Ups.  This comedy starring Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, and Rob Schneider is probably one of the funniest movies I have ever seen.  Lately Adam Sandler has been making some bad movies.  After seeing Funny People, I thought he had lost his “mojo”.  Skeptical, I went to see this movie, hoping it wasn’t one of those movies where all the funny parts were in the trailer. It wasn’t! Adam Sander has done it again!  The movie reminds me of what I do when I hang out with my friends “in real life”—act stupid and make fun of each other.
